CEE 7/17 defines 4.8mm prongs, like the Type E and Type F, and has a round ended plug. I don't have a pic.

Grounded CEE 7/7 plug in Germany

The CEE 7/7 plug fits both type E and type F outlets equally, and is the standard in Europe. Rather than having a third prong for grounding, the CEE 7/7 plug uses either side clips (type F) or a female receptacle for a outlet with a pin (type E.)
